Room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived; instead of giving us another room, we had to wait for our room to be cleaned - bed was hard as a rock - microwave didn't work - when we complained about not having an iron in the room, the manager accused us of taking it - a horrible experience
Near Disneyland - good place for the price - bathroom wasn't clean enough
Walk to Disneyland - room was clean, had up-to-date furniture - pleasant staff
Just 2 blocks from Disneyland; close to restaurants and stores - good rates - one front desk clerk was kind of rude, and another gave me incorrect information about the shuttle service
