Room was quiet - a pleasant stay
Front desk staff was friendly; we felt we were among friends - breakfast was served in a separate building, but the food was fine
Room was nice - bed was comfortable - housekeeping didn't clean coffee pots or leave fresh coffee each day - ice bucket wasn't emptied, and iron and ironing board weren't put away
