Convenient location - room had paper-thin walls - no wireless Internet access - heater was loud - needed more electrical outlets - water pressure was terrible - lame experience

Hotel's keyless entry system was broken, so had to ring the front desk to get into the building and my room at night - stranger was in my room when I returned at 1 AM, but left without incident - lost sleep over lack of security - no manager on duty to report the intrusion when I left at daybreak

Located a short drive from the most beautiful scenery in AZ good value - room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with extras

Price was fantastic, especially during a holiday weekend - room was clean - staff was friendly and accommodating - pool hours weren't clearly posted
