Good value - friendly check-in clerks - nice place to stay

Good location - basic hotel - room was clean - Internet connection didn't work well - friendly staff - complimentary breakfast buffet provided - no elevator

Disappointed that the pool wasn't open yet - hot breakfast was included

Nice hotel and lounge area - Sleep Number bed was wonderful - terrific staff - great breakfast and serving area - seemed to be problems with water damage

Hotel was in poor condition - room ceiling had signs of water damage and hasty repairs, floors were dirty - ironing board hanger was broken - bathroom was disgusting and had a cockeyed toilet, large holes in the wall, and rotting baseboards - tub surround had green caulking and grey fungus, faucets were improperly installed - maid service was inconsistent; failed to make beds and sweep floors - needed better quality control over repairs and upkeep
