Our Satisfaction Guarantee


If you are not satisfied with your hotel, we will compensate you in a way you consider fair.

The only exceptions are hotels we rate as low or very low.

Simply send an email to service@hotelguides.com and tell us what happened. Please include your HotelGuides.com confirmation number.

We in turn will contact the hotel to see if its managers will make things right. If they won't, we will.

Compensation limit. This guarantee is limited to the cost of your hotel room (excluding optional extras). For example, if you pay a hotel $100, the most we will compensate you is $100.

We will not refund you for more than one room or for more than one night. We will do our best to help you find a better hotel nearby.
