Newer hotel, nice exterior - there was hair all over the bathroom; I had to call to have it cleaned, and the floor was only swept, not mopped - a disgusting experience, and I wasn't compensated - Apr 2008

Guest in room below ours kept complaining that we were making too much noise, but we weren't; ruined our stay - great place otherwise - Jul 2010
Didn't look like online photos - room was filthy - mattress sagged, and the pillows were lumpy - there was mold in the heating and cooling unit - found hair on the bathroom floor, and an empty soap wrapper in the shower - I'll never stay again - Apr 2010
Old and not that clean - front desk clerk was rude, and didn't give me a ground-floor room as requested - not a happy camper - Feb 2010
