Close to the Citrus Bowl - Internet fee was excessive - all the employees were friendly and asked if we needed help - wonderful breakfast bar - had a shuttle to the bowl game - Dec 2010

Convenient location - non-smoking room smelled like a smoking lounge, so we changed rooms - bathroom fan was broken - Manager's Happy Hour spread of veggies and chips was laughable; manager on duty seemed uninterested in being there - incompetent staff couldn't give us any information about area activities - front desk clerk gave us directions to walk 1.5 miles through an unsafe neighborhood to get to a football game; a police officer "rescued" us and told us to go a safer route only two streets over - disappointing stay - Dec 2007
