I asked for a quiet room, but was given a room right above the lobby - room smelled horrible - fridge didn't work, so I had to use an ice bucket to keep my milk cold - heard traffic noise all night - I called to complain about a man parked in front of the lobby with his radio blasting until 11 PM, but nothing was done about the problem - won't be back - Sep 2010
