Room carpet was filthy - housekeepers didn't come to our room until late in the afternoon; when we asked them to return in 15 minutes, they didn't come back - housekeeper woke us up early our last day by knocking on the door - we asked for clean towels and were told that none were available - front desk staff was rude, and didn't speak English well - manager was unavailable during our stay - don't recommend - Mar 2013
