Worst of all, not the young employees who acted like high schoolers. The desk clerk ignored me and talked on her phone until I spoke up. In the middle of check-in, she started texting. She gave us the wrong room key, so we had to return to the desk and get the right key. The morning clerk yelled about her health issues and how the problems weren't her fault.
