I had to request a room change, and the 2nd room was extremely hot; it took 4 hours to cool down. There were no toiletries, so I had to go to the front desk to get some. The hallway carpet was dirty. The ice machine on my floor was empty, and the clerk said the one on the 3rd floor worked. I went up, and it was empty too. Poor service. Don't stay at this hotel.2016-06-27"
