We were satisfied with our stay until 2:30 AM, when the front desk called and said my boyfriend's "brother" was at the desk asking for him; we explained that he has no brother and we weren't from the area, but the clerk insisted we come to the front desk - when we ignored the call, the "brother," a stranger, came to our room and pounded on the door - we felt we were put in danger - an extremely unacceptable experience - Nov 2008
