Hotel was dirty - no remote control in the room, and I had to go to the front desk to get one - housekeeper didn't clean my room, and the front desk clerk didn't apologize when I complained - stairway seemed unsafe - understaffed, and employees were inconsiderate - awful experience - Jan 2009
Toilet in 1st room didn't work - instead of being moved, we were given the key to another room and told we could use the bathroom, but would be double charged if we touched anything else - staff was unbelievably rude - Sep 2007
