  Convenient to the Jazz Fest - didn't look like online photos - room only had a Murphy bed and sofa bed - Sep 2009

  No hot water for showers; staff told us repeatedly that the problem would be fixed shortly, but it wasn't - toilet didn't work - my room wasn't cleaned during my 3-day stay - wrong room service menu was in my room; when I asked for a current menu, I was told that I couldn't get one, so I wasn't able to order - manager was rude when I complained - don't stay here - Jun 2009
