"I've stayed at this hotel on previous trips, and it's generally nice and clean. The rooms are great, and the breakfast buffet is terrific. Wonderful housekeeping, and most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this time the clerk mistakenly cancelled my reservation and misplaced an urgent fax for me. I injured my back at the end of my 9-day stay and asked for a bellman to help me with my luggage. Someone knocked on my door, said, "Here's your cart," and seemed unwilling to help me.
