Room needed better soundproofing - a group of children on my floor roamed the halls until midnight, laughing and slamming doors - staff was hospitable, genial, and responsive to a certain point - little could be done about the noise, so the front desk clerk reimbursed me for two pay-per-view movies - Dec 2007
Proximity to the convention center was great - rooms were excellent, especially the beds - not enough staff to unload luggage from cars, but otherwise fantastic service - overall a great experience - Oct 2007
