Didn't look like online photos - room was dirty - there were gaps around the door; it was damaged and poorly repaired tile in the kitchenette was loose - a piece of carpet under the bed was missing - found a pair of glasses in the bed, and tissue under the nightstand table - asked for an extra blanket, and it smelled bad; the pillows smelled bad, too - bed was lumpy - we weren't able to change rooms - a terrible stay - Apr 2012
