Alarm clock in room didn't work - menu button on TV remote control was broken, and we didn't get a replacement; because of this, I wasn't able to use self-checkout feature - not happy about getting hotel promotional call at 4:54 AM - front desk clerk offered no apology for the problems, and wasn't able to give me a receipt - Oct 2007
