Just 2 blocks from the Uptown Theater; many wonderful restaurants nearby - needed better soundproofing; I could hear absolutely everything from other rooms - construction started at 7:30 AM with drills, hammers, and moving furniture - not a good choice if you want any sleep - May 2011
