Room was clean and comfortable - pillows weren't that comfortable - bathroom fan had been removed; it was unsightly, and we had to keep the door open while showering to keep the airflow moving - employees were always smiling and friendly, and looked for ways to make our stay more enjoyable - loved the pool and sauna; they were open late - Jan 2011
