Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and was in horrible condition - carpet was dirty - bathroom was worn - I couldn't sleep at all because there was so much noise; I contacted the staff about the problem 5 times, but nothing was done - front desk clerk was inconsiderate and acted like it was my fault for complaining - an awful experience - May 2011
1st room smelled bad, but we were able to change rooms - bed was comfortable - housekeeper forgot to leave towels; just when I opened the door to get some, there she was with towels in hand - friendly staff - whirlpool was overrun with people all weekend - Apr 2011
Entrance was hard to find, and the driveway was hard to navigate - good rates - room was quiet and spacious - liked having a microwave and fridge - cool on-site bar - nice hotel - Jan 2011

Good location off Highway 101, and a short drive to wineries, farms, and Solvang - comfortable room with super nice linens, but TV was old and small - bathroom was outdated - common room had a flat screen TV and Starbucks coffee - Nov 2007
Nice view of the valley - pool was cold and uninviting, spa was small and needed cleaning - excellent full complimentary breakfast - Mar 2007
