"We reserved a non-smoking room, but were put in a smoking room with cigarette burns on the bedspread. We complained and were moved to another room, but it was worn and hadn't been properly cleaned. There was just a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no facial tissue in the holder. The shower curtain was torn, and only 1 of the 4 electrical outlets at the vanity worked.
