    Room was clean - AC worked well - mattress pad wasn't fitted and wadded up while we slept - room had coffee supplies, but no coffee maker - plenty of hot water - liked the thick towels - staff was busy, but friendly and helpful - lobby was warm, humid, and stuffy; smelled like cooking - Sep 2010
    Didn't look like online photos - room had roaches - carpet was dirty - bedsheets were stained - not enough towels provided, and they were thin - pool was clean - not happy - Sep 2009
