Convenient to the historical walking tour - clean, comfortable room with an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer - one bedspread was soiled; it was removed at my request, but wasn't replaced - blanket on the other bed had a burn hole - bathtub didn't drain well, towels smelled like smoke - appreciated having newspaper delivered to the door - exterior needed better lighting - staff was pleasant and helpful - nice pool area - large party one night was ignored by staff, even after I called for security - May 2008
