Easy access from freeway - room wasn't what we reserved, so front desk clerks told us bring our luggage back down and exchange keys - maintenance person saw us struggling with luggage and immediately took us to a new room, then made the trip himself to exchange our keys, and even brought us room menus; he was the only one concerned with customer service - rooms were dated and needed remodeling - probably won't stay again - Jan 2008
