Bathroom door squeaked - bathtub didn't drain well - sink stopper was jammed shut, but when I notified the front desk, maintenance promptly arrived to fix it - staff was extremely friendly and helpful - excellent breakfast - Mar 2011

Staff was hospitable, and didn't charge us extra when we ended up having our 4 grandchildren the 2nd night - Feb 2011

Sheets were stained - we found dirty clothes left behind by previous guest - carpet in the lobby was dirty, and the walls needed fresh paint - friendly front desk staff - breakfast serving area was in bad shape - we left early - Mar 2008
