Hotel was in poor condition - room ceiling had signs of water damage and hasty repairs, floors were dirty - ironing board hanger was broken - bathroom was disgusting and had a cockeyed toilet, large holes in the wall, and rotting baseboards - tub surround had green caulking and grey fungus, faucets were improperly installed - maid service was inconsistent; failed to make beds and sweep floors - needed better quality control over repairs and upkeep - Sep 2007
